Great news at the beginning of the year: UWS Technologie is a TOP innovator! After participating in the TOP 100 innovation competition for the first time, we were able to directly convince the scientific jury and are now among the 100 most innovative companies in Germany.
TOP 100 has been on the market for over 25 years and each year, together with mentor Ranga Yogeshwar, honors the most innovative companies in the German SME sector. The basis of the award is an independent examination based on a scientific system by the scientific director Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke. We successfully passed the scientific selection process with around 120 test criteria from five categories in the areas of innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success and demonstrated our innovative strength.
TOP 100 is the most important award for innovative companies in the SME sector. To be included here is more than just an award for us. It is a recognition of the performance of our entire team, because for us innovation means teamwork.
