Heating systems should always be filled in compliance with the standards prevailing in their country of use. These include VDI 2035 (Germany), ÖNORM H 5195-1 (Austria) and SWKI BT 102-1 (Switzerland). Failure to comply can result in damage to the system and the loss of any warranty claims.
Making it easy to fill heating systems
No system is too big or too small for us. Our mobile filling equipment allows you to fill any size of system. UWS Technologie has the perfect solution for all requirements, regardless of whether you have a small self-contained heating system with 50 litre capacity or a local heating network with several 100 m³ of water. For small and medium systems with thermal store up to 200 kW or up to 2,000 litres, or up to 3,000 litres with pure system water content we offer our Heaty Ferriline (also available as an upgrade version), Heaty 100 Small HW and Heaty 100 Smart HW PLUS.

For large systems from 200 kW we offer you our complete units Heaty Profiline 100 and Heaty Profiline 200. The latter filling devices offer everything in one: professional bypass treatment, magnetite filtering and filtration. On the other hand we offer the Heaty Racun: a heating water carefree package that can be filled, processed in the bypass and can also monitor the heating water quality. As soon as the water quality corresponds to the set parameters, it switches off automatically. If the water quality deteriorates again, the Heaty Racun switches itself on again automatically.
